Um going Echo with dual attunement makes it even better and you won't have to cast gole every two spells or wait for it to recharge

Agreed, it's far better and you don't need gole or any other energy management skill. dual attunement is enough which means,
Arc. Echo, Rodgorts Invocation, Meteor Shower, Liquid Flame, Fire Attunement, the other elite Attunement(don't remember it now, I'm at work), Res and an optional skill works wonders!
EDIT: I mentioned the above skills considering the skills Kara is using.

What the above guys says, you should get 21 Energy back...
Meaning: 8 energy loss every 7 second chain... (With 2 rodgorts), which is about 1,15 energy per second.
Assuming you have 4 pips, you should gain 1,33 Energy per second, meaning you can spam indefinatly, with still having a regen of 0,28 Energy per second (Rougly 1 pip), which in a 60 seconds cycle should give you enough energy to maintani echo/dual attunements

dual attune ftw. i know because i've ran it many, many times in pve and pvp.
Edit: not saying dual attune is the only way to go. you can use the mind blast trio, also

If you have a good asuran rank take mindbender, half cast time for all spells. Works wonderfully when echoing RI and going for ultimate spammage.

Hello Fellow Rogort's User.
this is my Inexhaustable Rogorts skill bar. tested to work extremely well in most PvE situation. with H/H
Glad I found someone who likes Rogort's Invocation as well. with this build you can replace the Asurian Skill Mindbender with anything you like, for instant, if you are capping, replace with a Cap Sig, if you are in AB, replace with Res Sig et cetera.
you can get the txt in zip format to put in your skills template folder if its downloadable from here. (for easy sorting, you may make folders inside of your skill folders)
The best part about this skill bar is Elemental Attunement, even with exhaustion, once you try this build you will come to realize that the ultimate elite elite skill for elementalist is none other then the humble Elemental Attunement, which nobody seems to be using. EA is what keeps your energy bar at around 80% most the time (exception, if you get interrupted). Making it possible for you to spam any high energy skill that cause exhaustion, and still maintain a 80% energy bar. well I forgot to mention, both fire attunement and elemental attunement have to be up all the time. (if you are using water magic then your water attunement + elemental attunement have to be up at all time to ensure you never run out of energy, hence spam any amount of skills you like)
Attribute point distribution for this build is:
16 on fire (superior fire rune)
13 on energy (minor energy rune)
6 unused
Kerrsh's Staff is my current preferred weapon of choice for caster, gives you +15 energy, +60 health, 20% half recharge skill time and usable by all profession (don't you just love it)
your armor and weapon (see below) since the energy rune (btw is a minor energy rune) could post a problem for some player, as I have 530 life and 87energy on my pve ele i don't see a problem with this build. (ps: don't go into a PvP with a -75, unless you have some way of making up for that healthe lost.)
before going into battle you cast fire + elemental attunement, use Mindbender as you see fit. then follow the skill bar spam from 1-4, using 5 only when you are able to "bottle necked" your enemy in corners (5 being meteor shower). this is the time i wish i know how to link skills icon lol. anyway, I don't know so please see the picture below.
PS: i read somewhere on this forum, that Rogort's invocation has been nerf to only cost 15 energy. However it isn't in my game. the description still says 25 energy, so is it 25 or 15 energy now ? as of today January 29

It's not very good, and it has a major energy storage rune. RI is and has always been 25e.

Try mindblast out and have fun watching things die fast
also you can use [skill]Glowing Gaze[/skill] for over kill engergy managment and you will never run out of energy since you have many fal backs now for energy managment.
Its fun but good try on the build but I can garuntee you that MB will work much better than your build

Every ele who knows anything about fire runs rodgorts now adays its meta game last I checked unless anet did some uber nerf to it I see it in almost every skill bar in the game

Elemental attunement on heroes, mindblast on humans. Any other elite on a rotgort's bar is sub-obtimal.

Dual Attune= you get lazy, get stripped, and do nothing for 45 seconds.
M-Blast= can't be stripped, if it's interrupted it has a 2 second recharge, otherwise it has a decent enough cast-time. It can be used in every area of the game. It only requires 1 slot. It is in an attribute you have to max anyway. If gives you more space to run utility.
And if you wear your keyboard out by hitting a button once every three seconds...I worry for you O_o

sadly even heros seem to mess up something like dual attune now adays for me. I just give them some random crap build and almost never use them unless I have to
